1. Tiny luxury home from Houseplans.
This tiny design from Houseplans measures only 657 square feet (61 square meters), but it's jam-packed with luxurious touches. Outside, a set of stairs leads up to a cozy covered porch large enough to function as an outdoor living room. Double doors open into a spacious bedroom with vaulted ceilings. The room has plenty of storage thanks to two closets and built-in shelves on either side of the bed. A small kitchen with a two-burner gas range is just off to the right of the bedroom, and a luxurious bathroom with a steam shower and a clawfoot tub is off to the left.
2. Efficient home with sleeping loft from Architectural Designs.
Featuring a large wraparound deck, this tiny home from Architectural Designs comes in at 533 square feet (50 square meters). The first floor of the house is made up of an open concept living room and kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub is found on this floor as well. A ladder leads to the sleeping loft upstairs, which provides plenty of closet space as well as easy access to the laundry closet.
3. Charming one bedroom cabin from Family Home Plans.
Measuring a compact 400 square feet (37 square meters), this design from Family Home Plans can easily sleep three if the beds are arranged as shown above. Several steps lead up to the front porch, and the front door opens directly into the simple open concept living room and eat-in kitchen. A well-laid-out bedroom is in the back right corner of the home, and a bathroom with a shower is found in the back left.
4. Charming one bedroom design from Houseplans.
Simplicity rules in this 416 square foot (39 square meters) design from Houseplans, which would be perfect for a narrow lot. Step through the front door, and you'll see that most of the front of the home is taken up by a spacious living room. A small kitchen is located off to the right, as is a small bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is located at the back of the home, and this is where the laundry closet is found.
5. Unique octagonal design from ePlans.
Coming in at 902 square feet (84 square meters), this unique design from ePlans provides almost panoramic views of the surrounding areas thanks to a large window in every room. The front door opens into the great room; a central hub in this space holds a fireplace, a pantry, a linen closet, extra shelving, and the washing machines. Off to the left, you'll find the kitchen; an eating bar eliminates the need for a table. The bathroom is located next to the kitchen, and the rest of the space is taken up by two bedrooms.
